My name is Kasia Sikora  and I can offer you a very unique Private dining experience brought directly to you at the comfort of your own home.
With over ten years experience I’ve been providing Private Chef Services for many satisfied customers, making sure that all their expectations and wishes are met at the highest standards possible.

I’ve been cooking for over 10 years, started as a line chef at famous Eat 17 restaurant and worked my way up towards working in fine dining restaurants. Tired of taking orders I decided to move to a private sector where I worked for many years for high end customers as a personal chef.

I also build my excellent five star profile with Private chef company and featuring in Nick Coffer Weekend Kitchen on BBC 3 radio as a local Chef with lots of lovely, quick and easy recipes for you to cook at home. 

Good quality ingredients are the core of my cooking. Where passion for food comes from the organic earthy natural produce Mother Nature invented. Fresh seasonal ingredients, deep flavours from freshly grounded and roasted spices, organic herbs and good quality organic olive oil are the core of my fantastic culinary creations.

Each menu I create is built around seasonal and the finest quality ingredients ensuring that all best flavours and taste are brought directly to you to indulge.
My team is made from people with compassion, care and professionalism to meet mine and your standards of good service and fantastic attitude towards our goal- to deliver outstanding food and simply make your night perfect.

The experience was very smooth from start to finish; the food was excellent and my parents were absolutely delighted with the novelty of having a professional chef come and cook for them (my mum was a bit worried that the kitchen was too small, but clearly that didn't phase Kasia) Kasia herself was a real pleasure to work with - she responded promptly to all my messages, made a really excellent alteration to her menu to suit the vegetarian in the group and left the kitchen spotless.
One particular thing I would highlight is the pride Kasia obviously took in her work - the dishes were immaculately presented and Kasia was positively beaming when she was describing the food to us while she was plating up. I think the chefs get most of their business through word of mouth so I hope this review can convince someone on the fence to give Kasia a try because I have nothing but good things to say about her professionalism and ability as a chef.
The only drawback to the evening was that it was a little pricey, but I still felt it was excellent value for money - you get far more of a personalised experience than an equivalent price meal in a conventional restaurant, and the quality of the food is much better. I would certainly do it every week if I could afford it!

If you are considering Kasia for a private dinner I can say from my direct and personal experience she is second to none. She arrived on time. Took time to prepare. Kept me informed at all times. Even asked if my guest was going to be late.

She prepared a welcome drink, a delicious starter and main and desert. The food was absolutely mind blowing. All were first class and with service and explanations. We didn't notice she was there.

The evening flowed perfectly. She cleaned up and left like a mouse. We hardly heard to door close. She truly understands what a customer needs. I will use her again and highly recommend her to anyone.

Kasia was amazing. Despite a range of dietary requirements which played havoc with her menu, she managed to cater for everyone perfectly.

Ahead of the evening, her menu read mouth wateringly well. She, and her waitress arrived in good time and just got on with it. All I had to do was to lay the table, although they even offered to do that. The food was superb. The starter was pretty as a picture, presented on a black slate, and tasted just as good.
The main course steak was the best i'd ever eaten - truly. It just melted in the mouth and every one of us eating it felt the same. It was in a rich, deeply flavoured red wine jus which I could have drunk on its own. So so good! Lucky she served it on some yummy mash to mop it up with! The champagne jelly and pannacotta pud was a perfect, light ending to the meal. She served everything on her own, elegant china/slate/glass so it all looked restaurant standard.

The veggies amongst us weren't neglected as they ate wild mushroom soup with grilled focaccia and a Thai-style veggie curry and rice. (Also delicious) She and her waitress left my kitchen pretty well as they found it and left us all with huge smiles on our faces. We agreed we'd love to have Kasia come and cook for us anytime! Absolutely fantastic!

All requests were accommodated even the surprise for my wife which was just fabulous. Kasia certainly went beyond our expectations and delivered an awesome lunch for everyone (even with short notice for additional guests)!

We have used Chef Kasia a couple of times in the past and decided to use her for our wedding lunch.
I was apprehensive about how smoothly things would go as she would be cooking for 30+ guests, she reassured me that everything would go according to the plan and unsurprisingly she delivered.

All the courses were served according to the seating plan and on time. All my guests were impressed by the quality of the food and the large portion sizes, suffice to say not much dinner was eaten that night!!

I would highly recommend Chef Kasia; the service and most importantly the quality of her cooking would stand up to any reputable restaurant.

We had booked Chef Kasia Samuels for a celebration lunch for 6 on our 40th wedding Anniversary (with granddaughters 3 months old and three years old also present it seemed the perfect solution)
Within minutes of arriving, Chef Kasia and her sous-chef had started cooking. I had explained that the meal might have to be delayed if my daughter needed to feed the baby. Kasia was very understanding and we did actually have to delay the meal for a few minutes and Kasia coped with this with no fuss at all. We had chosen Menu with the mushroom stater, the sweet and sour sea bass as main and the crumble as dessert. We were not disappointed!
Every course was delicious and beautifully presented ( I had worried about which of my crockery they would find suitable, in fact they brought their own stylish plates). Crucially, the sea bass fillets were cooked to perfection, the portions were generous and the flavours of the whole menu were very well balanced. Before the event Kasia offered good communication and was happy to discuss menu choices and advise on wines. On the day, I found Kasia (and her sous-chef) very friendly, organised and super efficient. Within two and a half hours, the meal had been cooked served and the kitchen left spotless. Thank you! Overall, a lovely experience, it was and felt very special. Thank you Kasia

This was an event for 25 people. I chose Kasia based on her excellent reviews on the site and the type of menus she had.
Kasia was accommodating of amendments to the menu given it was a large party and discussed everything with me in advance, including thoughts on the wine to go with it. She arrived in the afternoon with another chef to help her and they were fun around the house as well as working hard to get everything ready.
It was a warm day and we were working outside to get the party set up, and Kasia made a really refreshing drink with some fruit to keep us going. The service was great, on time and with a smile. Every plate identical and beautifully presented, especially the salmon on the slates and the desserts. When Kasia left at the end of the night everything was spotless.
The dinner went faultlessly. For a big party of 25 and for my wife's 40th, I put all my faith in Kasia that it would be perfect, and it exceeded all my expectations. Our friends like their food and eat out at high end restaurants and they were all commenting on the quality of the food. Made me proud to have pulled off a big dinner for our best friends, all thanks to Kasia.

... A very special occasion, made extra special with Kasia's help!

Through brilliant communication from start to finish, Kasia came up with a beautifully tailored experience for my wedding proposal in the candle lit garden.

Each dish was cooked to perfection & presented with precision & perfect timing, allowing us to enjoy the lovely warm summer evening together. Kasia, after her finale of a delicious collaboration between tiramisu and salted caramel, managed to quietly clean & pack up, leaving us to complete a magical evening uninterrupted.

Overall our experience with Kasia was fantastic & we loved her commitment to a perfect meal & flexibility to create a special memory which we will keep forever. I had the pleasure of being invited to a meal at my friend's home, to experience the culinary genius that is Kasia Sikora.
I can quite happily say that it was the best meal I have eaten in a very long time (if not ever). The attention to detail, combination of tastes, textures and ingredients were inspiring.
Kasia clearly cooks with passion and dedication, and I could see how much she cared about the preparation and presentation of the food.
The meal began with seared salmon, which was rare (almost sushi) but beautifully complimented by sesame seeds and spiralled vegetables. Very light, upbeat and incredible tasty to start. The main course however for me was the main event. We were served steak (cooked to our own preferences), which was so tender it melted in the mouth, with truffle mash and asparagus. Everything cooked to perfection, just the right portion size - not too big/small, and everyone around the table agreed on it being the best steak we'd tasted.
I gather it had been marinated for two days, and Kasia clearly selects the best herbs, spices and ingredients. Dessert was the perfect finale - a panna cotta cup with zingy berry layers, to leave us all with a sweet taste after an extraordinary meal. On a personal note, Kasia is charming, professional, calm, organised, and most importantly - an incredible chef. And all enjoyed in the comfort of a home setting - I'd definitely book her in the future.

This was the first Chef I have hired for a company event, and something that as a brand we are looking to do more of.
It enables us to demonstrate the fantastic food we can cook on our products by a professional chef - whilst we can be on hand to talk about the functionalities and benefits.

Kasia was extremely easy to deal with from the outset - even at extremely short notice. On the day she was professional and remained calm even under difficult circumstances - we had limited space anD no running water.

Great menu for our Valentine day plus able to cater separately a menu for our 5yo daughter.
While it was strange someone else at home cooking fine food and drink, it gave a chance to relax and enjoy the moment with whole family.

The food was amazing and cocktails had good kick. Well worth staying in for fine dining so no taxi home or mess 😀

The food was absolutely delicious, every mouthful was heavenly and none of the dinner guests wanted the food (especially the steak) to be finished from our plates as it tasted too good! Kasia worked so hard and left the kitchen spotless. The food was served together so no one had to wait for their meal. I would recommend Kasia and book with her again.
